Treatment cancellation policy
Order change/cancellation procedure –
- Canceling an appointment up to 3 hours in advance will result in a full charge or a full voucher.
- Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a full charge or a full voucher.
- Cancellation notification will be received by phone call and not by SMS/WhatsApp or any other system. Cancellation notification will be received by phone during the spa's operating hours listed below.
- Last minute cancellation (3 hours before the treatment date) will result in the full amount of the treatment or a full voucher being charged.
- Cancellation must be notified no later than 24 hours before the treatment date.
- Discounted treatment series are time-limited. If you do not complete the treatments on time, there will be no refund or postponement of the treatments. (Unless otherwise agreed upon and approved in writing)
- Cancellation within 4 hours before the treatment date – will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
- Do not bring jewelry/valuable items to the spa complex. Management is not responsible for any loss/damage.
